The PTO Board consists of the following:
Principal: The principal of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School.
Faculty Liasions: Two teachers serve as liaisons between the PTO board and the faculty of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School.
President: The president presides over the board and serves as liaison to the school board, working in conjunction with the pastor and principal to promote the objectives of school and organization.
Vice-President/President-Elect: The vice-president assumes the office of president the following school year and is also responsible for coordinating the buddy family program and the school service project.
Secretary: In addition to keeping the minutes of each meeting the secretary coordinates at least two informational meetings for the full membership of the PTO.
Treasurer: The treasurer serves as a bookkeeper for disbursements and deposits of all funds and reports this at the meetings.
School Board Representative: The school board representative represents the PTO on the school board.
Student Council Representative: The student council representative is elected by the middle school student body and serves as the liaison between the PTO Board and the students.
