Method of Payment (Please check one.)
__Option 1 - One annual payment by check in accordance with the tuition schedule above on or before August 1, 2007.
__Option 2 - Ten (10) consecutive equal monthly payments, by check, in accordance with the tuition schedule above, commencing with the first payment on or before the 1st day of August, 2007 and continuing with a like payment on or befoe the 1st day of each and every consecutive month thereafter until paid in full.
Financial Assistance
To ensure that a Catholic education may be available to all St. Vincent de Paul Parish children, active parish families may make application for tuition assistance through the Adopt-A-Student Program.
