The school counselors work with students through a program of diverse services, each of which is designed to help students learn and develop to their highest potential. Typically, the counselors work with students individually, in small groups and in the classroom to address their educational, personal, and emotional needs.

The counselors plan programming to meet the counseling needs of students at St Vincent de Paul Catholic School. The counselors coordinate the Guidance Program, which includes a focus on Bullying Prevention and Wellness across the school.
