Strategic Plan Document

The Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston and The Texas Conference of Catholic Bishops require that each school within the Diocese develop and maintain a long-term strategic plan to be updated every 3-5 years. The strategic plan is designed to identify key pillars of growth for the community, aligned to the mission of the school, and to outline the aims, measurable outcomes, and time frames for the achievement of these goals. It serves as a living document and as a touchpoint for our priorities and progress over the next five years, from October 2024-May 2029.
